Past entertainment has included musical entertainment, yoga on the island, children’s storytime, and a children’s face painter.

Wednesday, June 21, 2017:

This is our Sponsor Appreciation Day. We take the day to welcome all of our sponsors and supporters with breakfast on the island. The committee has decided to open this day up to the public this year to allow more people to enjoy this event, but please be advised that all of our sponsors will be having breakfast too, and won’t be offering programming that day. You will, of course, still have time to experience and enjoy the island.

Thursday, June 22, 2017:

The Brockville Public Library will be sharing stories on a parachute on the island and will also have their popular story-stones and exploratory MAPsacks. Bring your children by for storytime before exploring the trail around the island.

“Please Stay Tuned” a 4-part, barbershop quartet will keep you entertained on the island while you enjoy your breakfast . This acapella quartet is made up of members of the Thousand Islanders Chorus and perform music from all genres and time periods.

Friday, June 23, 2017:

Tall Ships Adventure will have a tall ship perform a sail past and will entertain our guests as they climb in the rigging, and may even fire a cannon as they go by.

Saturday, June 24, 2017:

As you arrive on the island, you will be greeted with music by The Hoolies: Irish whistles, recorders, guitars, mandolin, and keyboard blend together to produce beautiful celtic airs and lively tunes.
